Flaming Bracer

The heat within the ancient plates responds to the relic bearer's movements, bursting from the arm in flashes of magical flame. Fire erupts at the moment of impact, binds the struck target, and ignites directly beneath it, forcing the enemy to remain where the flames will do the most harm.
